The plugin will not transmit any data to BoltAudit servers until you explicitly connect your site from within the plugin dashboard and complete the registration flow. You can disconnect your site at any time, which will stop all data transmission and delete your site's API keys from our servers.
Your use of BoltAudit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you provide to BoltAudit. You grant BoltAudit a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Audit reports generated by BoltAudit belong to you. You may export, share, or delete your reports at any time.
The BoltAudit platform, including its design, software, AI prompts, scoring algorithms, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of HalalBrains. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence to use the service as described.
The audit reports produced by BoltAudit are derived from data you provided. You own your reports. We retain a right to use anonymised, aggregated audit data (e.g., average scores across industries) for product improvement and benchmarking.
We aim to keep BoltAudit available and operational but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party service outages (Cloudflare, Anthropic, Paddle) may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to post notice of planned maintenance on our status page.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
BoltAudit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

BoltAudit does not guarantee that following the recommendations in an audit report will achieve any specific outcome, including improved search rankings, security posture, or site performance.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to BoltAudit in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoltAudit, HalalBrains, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party rights; or (c) content or data you submit to the service.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion: your account data is scheduled for removal within 30 days and billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. In the event of termination for cause, no subscription refund will be issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This governing law choice is consistent with Paddle's jurisdiction as Merchant of Record.
